2. Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale and Use (CGVU) are intended to define the terms and conditions under which SuperCircuit offers the sale of its products to customers.
3. Acceptance of Conditions
By placing an order on our website, you fully and unconditionally accept these CGVU. SuperCircuit reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable CGVU are those in force on the date the order is placed.
4. Products

5. Orders
To place an order, the customer must select the desired products and add them to their cart. After validating the cart, the customer must create an account or log into an existing account to complete the order. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been validated.
6. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Shipping costs are added to the product price and are displayed before order confirmation. SuperCircuit reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
7. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. All transactions are processed in euros (€). For payments made from another country, currency conversion fees may apply depending on your bank’s terms.
8. Delivery

9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing reasons or paying penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
10. Warranties
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. In the event of a non-compliant product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
11. Liability
SuperCircuit cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. In any case, SuperCircuit’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

15. Product Safety and Use
SuperCircuit reminds customers that its products are intended for children, but that certain components, such as the suction cup and the cord, are detachable. Consequently, these products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age without parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children during product use. SuperCircuit declines all responsibility in the event of an accident, misuse, or use not in accordance with instructions.
