Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions

You have the option to return products within 7 days of receiving them, provided the products are returned in their original condition, with the original packaging intact and all accessories included.

2. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

3. Return Procedure

To return a product:

• Contact our customer service at info@supercircuit.shop to inform us of your intention to return a product.
• Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and include your order number and name.
• Send the parcel to the address provided by our customer service.

4. Verification and Refund

Once the product has been returned and verified to meet our return conditions, we will proceed with the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be processed according to the payment method used during the initial order.

5. Exceptions

Products returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded.
